St. Mary's Summer Reading Lists: Grade 5
The following list will hopefully guide your choice of summer reading. I hope you enjoy your choice while reading independently. It is expected that you will read a minimum of three books, but you are encourage you to read as many as you can. If you do not read regularly during the summer, you will lose comprehension skills.
Please look for books that suit your reading level. It is wonderful to read, but you should choose books that you can comprehend reading on your own rather than relying on an adult to help you through the text. Enjoy your choices.
