Reviewers Wanted!

Help the library with your reviews. See, we get books every month, and if we review them we get to add them to our collection. We'd like your help!

Books to be reviewed this month:
Winter Door by Isobelle Carmody
Stone-Cutter by Leander Watts
Lulu Dark Can See Through Walls by Bennett Madison

The reviews need only be a paragraph or two long, and you can submit it via email or a print copy to Michelle. If you have any questions or would like to take part, let me know!

Email Michelle at danya@noblenet.org

November is National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo)

To celebrate the month that will find aspiring novelists scrambling to eke out a 50,000 word novel, we'll be putting together a collaborative story.

So here’s the deal: I’ll start you off with a sentence. What should follow? You tell me! Write the next line, the next paragraph, whatever, and submit it to me to be posted here on TypeInk. Anyone can contribute. We’ll continue this throughout the month and will (hopefully!) have a story by December 1st.

A couple of things to keep in mind:
Sections will be posted as they are received, which means that more than one person could write a follow-up to a particular section, but only one will be posted. (We'll have to consider putting together an "outtakes" section at another time.) Make sure you check the blog often to keep up with the story!

Email Michelle your writing at danya@noblenet.org

The first sentence will be posted to TypeInk on October 31st!
