Gentle Yoga Series

A 60-minute class designed with gentle flowing postures that emphasize movement in sync with your breath.
Develop balance, strength & flexibility in this alignment based class and gently get energy moving throughout your body as you and gain a deeper mind and body connection.

There is no experience needed. Please bring a mat/towel and water to class.

Anna Laste Yoga Instructor RYT 200, Usui Reiki Practioner. She is a graduate of Dharma Coach Yoga Teacher 200-Hour Training and studied under Kat Whitney. Anna is also a Usui Reiki practitioner and teaches energy awareness. Anna’s passion is sharing her love of Yoga and its healing abilities with people of all ages and physical fitness levels.
