-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
-25-oz cans cream of chicken soup
-½ cup chicken broth
-½ tsp dried thyme
-5 cups sliced mushrooms
-½ onion diced
-1 cup sour cream
-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
-1 penne pasta, cooked
1. Place chicken, chicken soup, broth, pepper, thyme, mushrooms and onions in the crock pot.
2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
3. Shred the chicken.
4. Stir in the sour cream, cooked penne and half the cheddar cheese.
5. Stir until melted.
6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and cover until melted. Serve and enjoy!
