I was very excited to discover this author. He has written a very suspenseful legal thriller about a lawyer that puts his highly successful career and affluent lifestyle on the line to defend a black prostitute.  She has been accused of murdering the son of a prominent Senator who is considering a run for the White House. Fans of John Grisham will enjoy this page-turner and will fall in love with the lawyer’s precocious young daughter, Boo.
