Ingredients:
Cake:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shortening
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 cups blueberries
Blend all ingredients, grease a 9”x9”x2” pan and spread in pan evenly.
Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter (soft)
Sprinkle topping over batter, bake at 375 degree for 45 to 50 minutes.
