2lbs Chicken Wings.
Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 container of sour cream
1 Tbsp milk
Toss the chicken wings in a glass casserole dish with a little olive oil. Cook for 1 hour at 450 degrees. Turn them a few times while cooking. While waiting for the wings to cook, mix together the Franks Red Hot Sauce, honey and melted butter. To make the Blue Cheese dressing mix together the milk, blue cheese and sour cream.
Take the wings out, drizzle with hot sauce mixture. Turn off the oven and put the pan back into the oven to sit. When the oven is cooled take out the wings. They will be golden brown and juicy! Cut celery into pieces. Put the wings on a platter with the blue cheese dressing and the celery on the side. Share with friends!
