2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp rosemary (optional)
pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then pour in the olive oil and water and stir. Once the dough comes together, knead it for a few minutes until it’s stretchy and smooth.

Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Divide the dough into 6 or 8 ping pong size balls (I like 8 for more pieces). Roll very flat. Fry each side for about a minute. Enough to bake the bread but keep it soft and flexible. Bubbles should form when you fry the first side. I like to smash them flat.
