Five-Cup Fruit Salad (Ambrosia) contributed by Lisa

1 cup sour cream
1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
1 cup crushed pineapples (drained)
1 cup crushed coconut
1 cup mini marshmallows

Mix all together by hand (no mixer). Maybe a little less with sour cream and always add a little extra marshmallows for taste!
