1 pound ricotta
1/2 cup granulated sugar
6 oz mini semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. Almond extract
Directions: Line unbaked pie shell with 1/2 the chips. Mix eggs and sugar. Add ricotta and extract and other 1/2 of the chocolate chips. Pour mix into piece shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
