This muesli recipe is a favorite of my family and can be doubled. Serve warm or cold.
1 C long cooking oats
2 apples, cored and grated (food processor)
1/4 C nuts, craisins +/or raisins
1T lemon juice
Combine and refrigerate overnight.
(I add 1 T flax and chia seeds. You can sweeten with honey or maple syrup).
