Pink Lemonade Cookies contributed by Jen

-1 pkg strawberry or lemon cake mix
-1 1/2 c rice krispies
-3 Tbsp flour (heaping)
-1 egg, beaten
-1 stick unsalted butter, melted
-zest and juice of one lemon
-1 tsp raspberry extract
-1 tsp lemon extract
-1/4 cup dried raspberries, crushed/processed
-1 small container of raspberries
-splash of pink lemonade (optional)

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Heat raspberries in a sauce pan on low heat until softened, stirring often
-Crush raspberries through a sieve to remove seeds
-Combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
-Using a melon-baller, drop cookied onto Pam-sprayed cookie sheet
-Bake 10-13 minutes until slightly browned on the bottom.  Cookies will be soft and cake-like
