Sweet Potato Casserole contributed by Jen

3 cups baked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup melted butter

For topping, mix together:
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/3 cup melted butter

Mix well.  Pour into greased casserole and sprinkle with topping.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
