This no-knead 5-minute artisan bread is truly the easiest bread you
will ever bake-even if you have never baked bread before! This class
will focus on the “Master Recipe” from the best selling cookbook “Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day”. Only 4 ingredients. There’s no kneading required. You will make the dough once and then bake a fresh loaf everyday for 4 days. All with only 5 minutes of effort. Liz will show you the master recipe and 2 others that will inspire you to bake your own bread at home.

Prepare your first batch of dough along with Liz. You will need:
3 cups warm water
1 Tbs active dry yeast (rapid rise and cake yeast okay)
1 1/2 Tbs coarse salt
6 1/2 cups all purpose flour
corn meal for dusting pizza peel
5qt container with lid
baking stone or cast iron pan
baking sheet with sides
Pizza peel or baking sheet
