Since Willard Phule (multi-millonaire) is tricked into being commander of the worst soldiers in the Space Legion, he uses all his influence and money to “straighten” out his men. There is Becker his proper English butler who accompanies Phule and seems to tell the story. As “off the wall” as this story is, it is a page turner. The interest is in what antics the “soldiers” will get into next and how Phule will remedy the situation. Light, funny and amusing.
